Cookies

Personal data

GEP TC Promoshop will not store your credit/debit card details except in the form of a credit card transaction reference which is generated by Lollo & Bernie Shop’s payment service provider.

Your personal data will be stored for as long as you are registered as a customer with GEP TC Promoshop. You can deregister as a customer at any time. Under the terms of the Swedish Personal Data Act, you are entitled to request information free of charge once a year about the personal data relating to you that is processed by us, regardless of how it was obtained. If you want information of this kind, you must send a written request to us. Under the terms of the Swedish Personal Data Act, the request must be signed by you and sent by post. This means that it cannot be sent by e-mail. If your personal data is being processed in violation of the terms of the Swedish Personal Data Act, you are entitled to request that your personal data is corrected, blocked or deleted.
