You can wither browse through the whole collection, navigate through the different product categories, or use our search function. Just type a word in the search field and click the search button. When you find the item you are looking for, click the ”Buy” or ”Choose” button. The ”Choose” button is available when you are required to make a choice, e.g. size or colour.
When you click "Buy", the item will be placed in your shopping cart at the top right of your web page. Here you will see all ordered items and the total sum. The prices in Lollo & Bernie Shop always include Swedish value added tax.
You can always change, add or remove items in your cart.
When you are done shopping, just press the "Checkout"-button in your shopping cart. You can easily change the number of an item by changing the number and press "change". A click on the" X" will erase all items on a particular row.
Be sure to check your address and the contents of your cart. When you have checked that all information is correct, press the "Pay and submit order order" button.
When you see the receipt on your screen you know that we have received your order. We will slso send an e-mail confirming receipt of your order to the email address you have provided. We recommend you to print the receipt on your screen and save it.

The amount corresponding to the returned item(s) will be refunded to the same credit card you used at the time of purchase, as soon as our warehouse has received your return and DIBS has been notified. The return will be refunded within maximum 30 days after the return has been registered.

Lollo & Bernie Shop card payments are made secure by use of a trusted payment service provider (DIBS) and 3D secure technology (for applicable credit cards). We never pass on, sell or swap your data for marketing purposes to third parties outside the GEP group. Data that is forwarded to third parties, is only used to provide you with the services mentioned above, for example shipping agents in connection with the delivery of goods, media agencies for distribution of newsletter and credit reference or debt collection agencies for the purpose of credit rating checks, identity checks and debt collection.
