FAQ

How do I shop at lollobernieshop.com?

You must be 18 years old or older to shop online.

Find the item you are looking for

You can wither browse through the whole collection, navigate through the different product categories, or use our search function. Just type a word in the search field and click the search button. When you find the item you are looking for, click the ”Buy” or ”Choose” button. The ”Choose” button is available when you are required to make a choice, e.g. size or colour.

Shopping cart

When you click "Buy", the item will be placed in your shopping cart at the top right of your web page. Here you will see all ordered items and the total sum. The prices in Lollo & Bernie Shop always include Swedish value added tax.

You can always change, add or remove items in your cart.

Checkout

When you are done shopping, just press the "Checkout"-button in your shopping cart. You can easily change the number of an item by changing the number and press "change". A click on the" X" will erase all items on a particular row.

Confirm order

Be sure to check your address and the contents of your cart. When you have checked that all information is correct, press the "Pay and submit order order" button.

Receipt

When you see the receipt on your screen you know that we have received your order. We will slso send an e-mail confirming receipt of your order to the email address you have provided. We recommend you to print the receipt on your screen and save it.

How long is the delivery time?

GEP TC Promoshop aims to ship your order from our warehouse in Sweden within 3-5 business days.

How much is the delivery cost when I shop online?

The delivery costs are fixed and based on your location: £4.95 to the UK and 9 EUR to rest of Europe.

How can I return an item I bought in the Lollo & Bernie Shop?

You are entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. The return terms are not valid if the item has been personalized or modified to meet your specific requirements. You will, however, have to pay for the return transport to GEP TC Promoshop’s warehouse in Habo, Sweden, if the items have been delivered to you. When cancelling your purchase, you will receive a full refund of the product expenses to the credit or debit card used to purchase the item provided that the products are in re-sellable condition. Always contact our customer support when you want to return an item, please see the RETURNS & CLAIMS section.

How do I proceed to claim an item I bought in the Lollo & Bernie Shop?

Should you receive an incorrect delivery, or a damaged or otherwise faulty item, we kindly ask you to notify us as soon as possible. You are always entitled to complain about damaged or faults in products within a reasonable period after you noticed or should have noticed the fault. If you want to submit a claim concerning a fault in a product that you have ordered, you must contact GEP TC Promoshop as soon as possible after discovering the fault. Please see the RETURNS & CLAIMS section.

How will I get refunded for returned or claimed items?

The amount corresponding to the returned item(s) will be refunded to the same credit card you used at the time of purchase, as soon as our warehouse has received your return and DIBS has been notified. The return will be refunded within maximum 30 days after the return has been registered.

PAYMENT

The payment method available in Lollo & Bernie Shop is credit card. Lollo & Bernie Shop card payments are made secure by use of a trusted payment service provider (DIBS) and 3D secure technology (for applicable credit cards). You are always welcome to contact DIBS customer service if you have any questions regarding your payment. Currently, we accept payments with the following credit cards and verification programs: Visa, Mastercard.

You must enter your credit or debit card details to complete your order. GEP TC Promoshop reserves the right to validate your credit/debit card and its credit status in relation to the order and to ensure that the customer's address information is correct.

The order amount is withdrawn from your credit card when you submit your order. If any products should be back ordered the amount will be refunded to your credit card.

The payment solution only stores a reference to the transaction and does not store any of your personal credit card information. The transaction text that will appear on your credit card statement is "GEP TC Promoshop".

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

GEP TC Promoshop aims to ship your order from our warehouse in Sweden within 3-5 business days. Your order will be delivered directly to the address you have stated in the order, or to a post office or parcel shop. The delivery costs are fixed and based on your location: £4.95 to the UK and 9 EUR to rest of Europe.

RETURNS AND CLAIMS

Returns

As a private consumer purchasing products from Lollo & Bernie Shop, you have a 14-days withdrawal period under the terms of the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Selling Act. This means that you are entitled to cancel your purchase by informing GEP TC Promoshop of this within 14 days of receiving the order. The return terms are not valid if the item has been personalized or modified to meet your specific requirements. You will, however, have to pay for the return transport to GEP TC Promoshop’s warehouse in Habo, Sweden, if the items have been delivered to you. When cancelling your purchase, you will receive a full refund of the product expenses to the credit or debit card used to purchase the item provided that the products are in re-sellable condition.

Kindly follow the steps below in order to make a return:

  1. Contact GEP TC Promoshop’s customer service at: lollobernieshop@gepdesign.se to let us know that you wish to return ordered item(s). You have to contact us within 14 days from receiving your order.
  2. Fill in the return & claims form provided by our customer service
  3. If possible, make sure all products are undamaged, in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition.
  4. Send the goods to the address in the return form. You will pay for any freight costs for the returning goods. Note! The consumer carries the transport risk. This means that the consumer is liable to pay for any articles lost or damaged in transport. Keep in mind to always ask for a receipt when you return goods. This way the shipment can always be traced.

Please follow the steps below in order to make a claim:

  1. Contact lollobernieshop@gepdesign.se to receive a return & claims form
  2. Please provide images showing the damage
  3. In order for GEP TC Promoshop to make a correct evaluation and fully accept your claim we need you to keep the product, product packaging and transport packaging until the claim is finalized. We will inspect products that have been returned for faults and wear and, if GEP TC Promoshop establishes that the claim is valid we will replace the defect product with a new product, rectify the fault or refund the purchase price. We aim to send out new or repaired products within 30 days of receiving the claim, depending on the type of product that the claim relates to.

GEP TC Promoshop reserves the right to refuse a claim if the product is not faulty under the terms of the Swedish Consumer Sales Act or another relevant act. In the case of claims, we follow the guidelines provided by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). GEP TC Promoshop will pay the return shipping costs for claims that have been accepted, if we wish to have the products in return. Products which are being returned must be packed carefully and preferably in the original packaging, in order to prevent any further damage.

Refund

Cookies

We use a unique session id in a cookie file stored on your computer while you are signed in. This cookie expires after about 30 minutes of inactivity or when you sign out. According to the electronic communication act within the EU we must inform you that we use cookies. A cookie file is a small text-file with information stored on your computer. We use cookies for purely technical reasons to improve on functionality. We mostly use temporary cookie files that expire automatically after each session, except when you use the automatic sign in-function which will store a small file on your computer In case you no longer want cookies stored on your computer, you can disable this function in the web engine settings. By doing this, some functions on our website will not work on your computer.

Personal data

GEP TC Promoshop is the personal data controller with regard to the processing of your personal data. The Swedish Personal Data Act regulates how GEP TC Promoshop can store and use your personal data. Your personal data can also be used by GEP TC Promoshop and its partners for direct marketing or statistical purposes. As part of the processing described above, your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA. You are entitled at any time to request GEP TC Promoshop not to use your personal data for direct marketing purposes. GEP TC Promoshop will not sell, share or in any other way disclose your personal data to third parties outside the GEP TC Promoshop or Thomas Cook Group. GEP TC Promoshop will not store your credit/debit card details except in the form of a credit card transaction reference which is generated by Lollo & Bernie Shop’s payment service provider. Your personal data will be stored for as long as you are registered as a customer with GEP TC Promoshop. You can deregister as a customer at any time. Under the terms of the Swedish Personal Data Act, you are entitled to request information free of charge once a year about the personal data relating to you that is processed by us, regardless of how it was obtained. If you want information of this kind, you must send a written request to us. Under the terms of the Swedish Personal Data Act, the request must be signed by you and sent by post. This means that it cannot be sent by e-mail. If your personal data is being processed in violation of the terms of the Swedish Personal Data Act, you are entitled to request that your personal data is corrected, blocked or deleted.
